I graduated with Master in Human Resources Management and Labour Law from University of Gdańsk and Instituto Politecnico do Porto, completed Strategic Leadership Academy at Ican Institute and give lectures in the department of Recruitment and Selection at Leon Koźmiński University. I have been active in HR and related fields for over 12 years. I won the title of Businesswoman of the Year 2017 in a competition organised by Olga Kozierowska and Success Written in Lipstick Foundation.
